I will need you to write a research paper about Caregiver Stress Relief Through Exercise and Deep Breathing, 5 pages, double spaced, in apa format. Please note that I already have my thesis statement available as well as more details of what I would like the paper to be written about. I also already have the 5 sources for you to use that is also cited already, so now I just need you to write the full paper.
Please make your paper clearly written and organized. Each paragraph should have a topic, stated in a topic sentence, and with clear evidence to back up what you are saying. Make sure the professor understands your point.
I think you need to make a case for why caregivers especially need help with reducing stress. What is it about the caregiver role that is inherently stressful? There are statistics out there about caregiver health that could help you make your case.
Then you need to define what you mean by physical exercise. Some people get physical exercise naturally on the job—do they need more? Or do they need a different kind of physical exercise, such as yoga clearly outlined. If someone is a caregiver for an ill or elderly parent and also has small children, how does that person inculcate physical exercise in their life? Or how does an older person, caring for a sick spouse incorporate physical exercise in her life—it would be different than a twenty-five-year-old nurse, wouldn’t it? Overall, you want to be specific: you need facts and examples.
You also need to describe or define what you mean by diaphragmatic breathing. And specifically state how it benefits a person.
Your thesis states that you are going to talk about physical exercise and diaphragmatic breathing but then you end up talking about meditation. Certainly, meditation can become part of both physical exercise (such as yoga or Tai Chi) and deep breathing, and say how.
make sure you mention why physical exercise and deep breathing are important tools for the caregiver.
